Counselling and psychotherapy

Newark, Lincoln and online

Two hands reaching towards each other amid tall concrete structures.

There are many reasons you may be considering counselling, and it can sometimes be difficult to be sure what it is you would like to talk about; you just know something doesn’t feel ok. Therapy is designed to help you navigate the challenges of life, promote self-awareness and personal growth. Working together, we will explore your feelings and emotions and work towards building your resilience and coping strategies.

  • I offer 1-1 counselling sessions, both face-to-face and online, for adults and young people 11 years upwards.

  • Trained as an integrative counsellor and work in a relational way, so I can tailor our sessions to suit your needs.

  • My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed. I draw on humanistic theory and transactional analysis.

  • I am an accredited member of the NCPS and on the Children and Young People’s accredited register.

  • I have a full, enhanced DBS, and I am insured and registered with the ICO.

I have experience working with adults in private practice, and in schools working with young people for a children’s charity. As clinical lead for the charity, I am continually updating my knowledge, keeping up to date with current research in best practice.
